Duties

• •Directs overall management of garrison DMWR business operations through subordinate activity managers, overseeing clubs, food and beverage, golf, bowling, lodging, entertainment, mobile snacks, and recreational shooting activities.
• •Provides sound executive leadership and operational policies to meet division objectives. Coordinates with installation officials and external partners, including AAFES and the Army Recreation Machine Program, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• •Formulates and administers comprehensive business plans, operational procedures, and programs designed to deliver aggressive community services and maximize profitable business activities income across all garrison facilities.
• •Reviews program priorities and formulates 5-year Capital Purchase Minor Construction (CPMC) plans alongside Annual Operating Budgets, projecting resource allocations to ensure fiscal viability and sustained revenue generation.
• •Evaluates facility performance, implements innovative operating methods, and enforces statutory and military regulations to meet the diverse community needs while directing special division-level projects as assigned.
