The Role
We seek an exceptional Business Partner to join the team providing strategic executive support. This role is not just about logistics, it's about operational excellence and playing a pivotal part in a high-performance, mission-driven environment.
You'll be a critical part of the team responsible for managing complex calendars, coordinating among multiple teams to orchestrate travel and engagements, and executing on key priorities. Reporting to the Head of Executive Operations, you will be based at our West Hollywood office and will work closely with teams in New York City, Menlo Park, Long Beach, and beyond to ensure seamless coordination on professional and personal matters.
