Business Process Analyst

IQVIA is seeking a Business Process Analyst , in this role you will develop the skills necessary to complete the evaluation and validation of data, calculate rebates, and quantify your findings. You will also build and enhance your interpersonal skills that are necessary to build effective business relationships with your clients. Those skills are pertinent because as an analyst, you will be responsible for multiple accounts and processes and be responsible for the quality and efficiency of complex tasks.

Responsibilities:

• •Analyze data to identify trends and understand the financial terms of contracts .
• •Review and analyze contracts and related documentation , perform data quality assurance checks , and communicate effectively with customers both verbally and in writing .
• •Research and resolve chargeback claims and ensure accurate, appropriate responses to disputes.
• •Validate data from internal and third-party systems to ensure the appropriate course of action is being pursued.
• •Track work through completion, managing priorities, and meeting established deadlines .
• •Provide ongoing support to team members and contribute to team objectives.
• •Assist with training-related projects and initiatives .

Qualifications:

• •Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, statistics, math, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
• •1+ years of experience applying analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support informed decision-making.
• •Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, SQL, PowerPoint, spreadsheets, and database entry.
• •Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• •Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• •Productive team contributor who can complete tasks beyond general support responsibilities.
• •Independently identifies, prioritizes, and resolves issues, escalating complex matters appropriately.
• •Able to manage tasks and assignments independently without detailed direction.
• •Complies with contract requirements, business unit rules, and applicable legal regulations.
• •Experience with the following is preferred but not required: Chargeback Adjudication, Membership and Eligibility determinations, Prescription Rebate Processing, Pharmacy Benefit Management, Managed Health Care and Medicaid Drug Rebate Program

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $47,500.00 - $118,800.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
