• As a Business/Process Analyst, you will help shape how a fast-growing fashion-tech business operates across its end-to-end product lifecycle.
• You will map complex business processes, clarify rules and dependencies, and turn business knowledge into practical, reusable documentation.
• The role sits at the intersection of business operations, data, technology, and process automation.
• You will work closely with process owners and technical teams to redesign workflows and translate them into scalable solutions.
• AI will be an integral part of your toolkit, helping accelerate analysis, documentation, knowledge management, and process optimisation.
• You will continuously refine requirements and business logic as solutions are developed and tested.
