Das ist die Aufgabe

  • Gestaltung effizienter und kundenorientierter Geschäftsprozesse in SCM und Central Logistics
  • Einführung von SAP S/4HANA im Rahmen des globalen M-DEEP ( M iele - D igital E nd-to-End E ngineering and P roduction) Programms zur Digitalisierung der Geschäftsprozesse in den Miele Produktionswerken und dem Miele Zentralbereich
  • Entwicklung des globalen Prozessstandards im Einklang mit Geschäftsanforderungen und SAP Best Practices
  • Unterstützung strategischer Initiativen und dazugehöriger Veränderungsprojekte
  • Durchführung von Workshops, Trainings und Systemtests in und mit den Miele Produktionswerken und der Miele Zentrallogistik

Das überzeugt uns

  • Hochschulabschluss in Logistik, Supply Chain Management, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder einem vergleichbaren Studium
  • Relevante Berufserfahrung in der Beratung, der Logistik oder vergleichbaren Bereichen
  • Fundierte Erfahrung in interdisziplinären Projekten und ausgeprägtes Verständnis für End-to-End Prozesse
  • Hohe IT-Affinität sowie ausgezeichnete analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten in Verbindung mit interdisziplinärem und lösungsorientiertem Denken
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und Leidenschaft für Prozessmanagement in einem internationalen Umfeld
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
