• This is a senior first-line risk leadership role focused on strengthening commercial credit practices and managing business risk across a financial services environment.
• You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to business teams, providing guidance on regulatory requirements, credit decisions, and sound risk management practices.
• The role spans the full lending lifecycle, including underwriting, portfolio management, problem loans, risk ratings, and collateral valuations.
• You’ll use analytical insights and industry expertise to identify emerging risks and ensure activities remain aligned with established risk appetite.
• Working across credit, underwriting, administration, and second-line stakeholders, you’ll help embed a strong and consistent credit culture.
• You’ll also contribute to training, governance forums, regulatory monitoring, reporting, and predictive risk initiatives.
