Job Summary

Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company, Axiom, with the spin planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support Axiom, a company focused on critical digital infrastructure and delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.

 The Business Transformation Site Lead , will be based in Fontana, Ca ., reporting to the Sr Director of Supply Chain Management, will serve as the local site driver of enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• •Strategic Transformation Leadership
• •Execute a comprehensive transformation roadmap aligned with enterprise goals.
• •Execute actionable programs across business systems, operations, and digital platforms, based on strategic objectives.
• •Lead cross-functional initiatives that drive operational efficiency, scalability, and innovation.
• •Digital Systems & Process Optimization
• •Oversee the site-level integration and optimization of ERP, PLM, and other enterprise platforms (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Windchill).
• •Standardize and digitize core business processes, including BOM structures, change order controls, and data governance.
• •Partner with IT and engineering to implement automation strategies (AI/ML,RPA) that enhance productivity and data integrity.
• •Post-M&A Integration

Qualifications:

• •A strong understanding of critical power manufacturing business processes across
• finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and sales is critical to the success of this role.
• •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or
• related field.
• •5+ years of experience with Agile or hybrid project methodologies.
• •2+ years of experience in SAP integration, preferably with SAP S/4HANA.
• •Proficiency in SAP integration technologies (IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, OData, APIs) is preferred but not required.
• •Experience with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), SAP PI/PO, or other
• middleware tools is preferred but not required.
• •Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

• •SAP certification in integration or S/4HANA modules.
• •Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
• •Knowledge of non-SAP systems and integration patterns (e.g., REST, SOAP,
• JSON, XML).
