Key Accountabilities

• •Analyze demand forecasts and make reasonable purchasing plans, purchase PO release in Oracle.
• •Follow up production, logistics and delivery to avoid stock shortages or overstock.
• •Negotiate and resolve problems such as delayed delivery, defective products and order discrepancies.
• •Intercompany products/material transfer, IR/ISO creation/adjust base on weekly shipments.
• •Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies and compliance.
• •Cooperate with other department, such as finance on invoice submit, payment.
• •Assist colleagues in the department with other related tasks if necessary.

Key Qualifications & Requirements

Education Qualification:

Bachelor's degree

Technical Competence & Skills:

Fluent English, includes listening, speaking, reading, and writing.

Experience for ERP system. Oracle is preferred.

Skilled in office software, especially Excel.

Team work. Communication.

Relevant Experience:

More than 2 years working experiences: buyer, planner, supply chain & related working area.

Others (% of travel, language, etc.):

English is necessary.
