Náplň práce

• •Kontrola denních požadavků na materiál a zajištění objednávek komponentů a služeb pro výrobu.
• •Objednávání materiálu a služeb na základě požadavků jednotlivých oddělení.
• •Sledování termínů dodávek a koordinace činností dodavatelů.
• •Hodnocení dodavatelů a vedení obchodních jednání.
• •Nastavování parametrů nakupovaných položek a cen v ERP systému.
• •Kontrola správnosti faktur a souvisejících dokladů.
• •Komunikace s centrálou společnosti a spolupráce s ostatními interními odděleními.
• •Komunikace s tuzemskými i zahraničními dodavateli zboží a služeb.
• •Zajištění nákupní dokumentace v souladu s platnou legislativou a interními standardy společnosti.
• •Příprava pravidelných reportů a přehledů.
• •Koordinace dovozů a zajištění celního řízení při importu zboží.

Požadavky

• •Minimálně středoškolské vzdělání.
• •Praktická znalost práce v ERP systému.
• •Aktivní znalost anglického jazyka slovem i písmem.
• •Pečlivost, samostatnost a orientace na detail.
• •Dobré komunikační a organizační schopnosti.
