Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Specialty Cabinet Builder to join our production team in Green Bay, WI. This is a hands-on opportunity for an experienced cabinet maker or fine woodworker who takes pride in precision craftsmanship and enjoys creating unique, high-end pieces.

You will work in a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing facility building custom cabinetry, architectural millwork, and specialty furniture for high-end residential projects.

This is a 100% onsite position with no travel required .

Responsibilities

Build high-end, custom cabinetry, architectural millwork, and specialty furniture from raw materials through final assembly.

Create complex radius work, unique millwork, custom profiles, and specialty pieces.

Work with exotic hardwoods, premium veneers, laminates, solid surfaces, and integrated hardware.

Perform advanced joinery, including seamless joints, miters, mortise-and-tenon, and custom profiles.

Operate woodworking equipment including table saws, shapers, routers, CNC machines, edge banders, and hand tools.

Read and interpret architectural blueprints, shop drawings, renderings, and cut lists.

Accurately measure and verify dimensions throughout the fabrication process.

Optimize grain and sheet layouts to minimize material waste.

Inspect completed pieces for accuracy, squareness, structural integrity, and overall quality.

Collaborate with draftsmen and installation teams to ensure projects are fabricated correctly.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in custom cabinet making, fine woodworking, or architectural millwork required.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Strong math and measurement skills.

Extensive knowledge of wood species, grain matching, premium hardware, and advanced joinery.

Expert-level experience with woodworking power tools and stationary machinery.

Experience operating table saws, shapers, routers, CNC equipment, and edge banders.

Experience with radius work, angle work, and veneering.

Strong spatial awareness and understanding of geometry.

Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Ability to accurately read blueprints, shop drawings, renderings, and cut lists.

Comfortable using a tablet to review drawings and specifications.

Proficiency with MS Office and the ability to learn specialized ERP software.

Ability to stand for extended periods.

Ability to lift 75+ pounds .

Schedule

Monday–Thursday | 6:00 AM–4:30 PM

Enjoy a consistent four-day workweek with three-day weekends . Occasional Friday work may be required to meet production demands. Overtime may be available or required based on business needs.
