Cafe Manager

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Café Manager to lead our popular café at RSL LifeCare Retirement Village in Merimbula.

• What You'll Do
• •Manage the day-to-day operations of the café
• •Lead, coach and support a small café team
• •Deliver excellent customer service and presentation standards
• •Drive café sales and increase both internal and external patronage
• •Manage stock, ordering, costs and food safety compliance
• •Coordinate village events and catering opportunities
• •Support local marketing and promotional activities
• •Create a welcoming and community-focused café environment

• What You'll Bring
• •Experience in a café, hospitality or food service environment
• •Previous management or supervisory experience preferred
• •Strong customer service and people leadership skills
• •Knowledge of food safety and HACCP requirements
