Our Manufacturing Engineering organization is seeking a Calibration Program Support Specialist to support calibration recall workflows, compliance activities, asset tracking, audit preparation, and documentation used across production and engineering environments. This role also incorporates structured reporting and metrics generation, with opportunities to further expand skills in analytics and data visualization.

What You Will Do

• •Administer calibration recall workflows including scheduling, recall status processing, and coordination with technicians, operations, engineering, and quality teams.
• •Maintain calibration asset records through data entry, reconciliation, recall updates, and corrective data cleanup within tracking systems.
• •Generate and distribute calibration metrics such as past‑due summaries, throughput, on‑time performance, supplier metrics, and recall compliance reports.
• •Prepare structured calibration document packages, logs, and records needed for internal or external audits.
• •Coordinate equipment availability, calibration intervals, classification updates, and recall closure with internal teams and suppliers.

Qualifications You Must Have

• •AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 8 years relevant experience.
• •Experience with Microsoft Excel (reports, tables, pivot tables, or metrics)
• •Experience maintaining records or data within a database‑driven tracking system.

Qualifications We Prefer

• •Experience with calibration recall systems, asset tracking applications, or similar technical administrative tools.
• •Experience with ERP or asset management systems (SAP, PRISM, or equivalent).
• •Experience with data analytics or visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau), or willingness to learn through training.
• •Experience working in aerospace, defense, manufacturing, laboratory, or metrology environments.
• •Experience supporting compliance audits or producing documentation for regulated processes.

Onsite : Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range for this role is 60,000 USD - 114,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
