Multi-site Dermatology Group Seeks Call Center Agent

Advanced Dermatology and Skin Care Center is recruiting a full time Call Center Agent to join our growing Dermatology group in Boardman, OH. Advanced Dermatology is a partner of Optima Dermatology.

Responsibilities:

Answering phones and handling a high volume of calls

Data entry

Scheduling appointments

Work with provider schedules

Dispatch calls as needed

Qualifications:

Must have strong computer skills

Familiarity with insurances, preferred
