Dieses Profil bringst Du mit als Call Center Agent (m/w/d) :
- Technisches Grundverständnis und Freude an IT-Themen
- Erste Erfahrung im Service oder Support von Vorteil – Quereinsteiger willkommen
- Kommunikationsstärke, Teamgeist und Serviceorientierung
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Deine Aufgaben als Call Center Agent (m/w/d) :
- Du bist für die Annahme und Erfassung von Inbound Calls zuständig

- Du unterstützt bei Sonderaktionen und bei der Kunden-Kommunikation
- Freundliche und kompetente Kommunikation via Telefon und E-Mail
- Dokumentation der Anfragen im Ticketsystem
