Our Call Center Representatives are responsible for managing, scheduling, and sorting all incoming calls for a seamless patient experience.

HIRING SCHEDULE:

Monday: 7:45am-5:00pm

Tuesday: 7:45am-5:00pm

Wednesday: 7:45am-5:00pm

Thursday: 7:45am-5:00pm

Friday: 7:45am-2:30pm

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Warmly greet patients with a high level of concierge care.

Answering phones promptly and checking the office voicemail regularly, responding to messages.

Managing schedules - input and confirm patient appointments via phone and text.

Entering in new patient records with precision, updating all details.

Assist with various office duties as directed by immediate supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience in a call center or healthcare environment, previous dental experience a plus!

Proficient in English with strong written and verbal communication skills

Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

Organized with ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
