• This part-time role supports a healthcare transfer center by coordinating communication related to patient transfers, admissions, and care logistics.
• You will serve as an important point of contact for patients, providers, clinics, hospitals, and internal care teams.
• The position combines customer service, administrative coordination, patient registration, and timely information management.
• You will work closely with nurses, bed placement teams, administrators, providers, and case management staff.
• The role requires accuracy, professionalism, responsiveness, and the ability to manage multiple requests in a healthcare environment.
• After completing 8–12 weeks of onsite training in Champaign, the position transitions to a work-from-home arrangement.
• The schedule includes evening work and alternating weekend and Monday shifts.
