Drive high-level land planning and usage strategies to optimize campus expansion and efficiency.
Build and maintain relationships with local government officials, landowners, and key stakeholders to identify and secure partnerships as needed.
Partner closely with the Government Affairs team to expedite regulatory approvals and remove blockers.
Cultivate strong, collaborative partnerships with construction, operations, and site leadership teams to align on priorities and execution.
Lead and project manage utility expansions over time, from planning through implementation, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

5+ years of experience in site planning, facilities management, or infrastructure project management.

Strong project management skills, with experience using tools like MS Project, Primavera, Smartsheet, or similar.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and external partners.
Experience in high-growth industrial sites, utilities expansion, or campus development.
Familiarity with Texas land use regulations, permitting processes, and local government dynamics.
Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, Master's in Engineering/Planning) or PMP certification.
