Role & Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and scale end-to-end campus recruitment drives across top engineering, management, and design colleges in India.

Build and maintain relationships with college placement cells, faculty, and student influencers to ensure consistent pipeline access.

Design and deliver compelling campus engagement campaigns — including workshops, tech talks, and employer branding events.

Coordinate lateral hiring initiatives for mid-to-senior roles, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and stakeholder alignment.

Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, create JDs, and streamline interview workflows for both campus and lateral roles.

Track, report, and optimize recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rate) to drive continuous improvement.
