What will you be doing?
As a Candidate Consultant , you'll focus on identifying, engaging and managing candidates throughout the recruitment process.
You'll:
Identify and engage specialist professionals within the US data centre market
Build and develop long-term relationships with candidates and industry professionals
Speak with candidates to understand their experience, career goals and opportunities
Guide candidates through the recruitment process from initial conversation through to placement
Build and manage specialist talent networks and candidate pipelines
Develop a strong understanding of the US data centre market
Work closely with experienced consultants supporting major US-based projects
Use technology and recruitment platforms to manage your candidate network effectively
Become a trusted point of contact for candidates within your specialist market
This is a people-focused role where you'll spend your day speaking to professionals, building relationships and developing your expertise within a specialist industry.
You don't need recruitment experience
