Capital Markets Associate - Real Estate

• This is a high-ownership opportunity focused on structuring and executing debt for a growing US commercial real estate portfolio.
• You will work across construction, bridge, mezzanine, and permanent financing for multifamily, commercial, and ground-up development projects.
• The role combines property-level underwriting, capital modeling, lender engagement, and transaction execution.
• You will work closely with senior leadership to determine financing strategies that balance cost, leverage, risk, and timing.
• Your analysis will directly inform multimillion-dollar capital decisions and help shape the financing function as the portfolio expands.
• The environment is fast-paced and entrepreneurial, with significant exposure to US lenders and institutional capital partners.
• This remote India-based role requires at least six hours of daily overlap with US Central Time.
