Capital Project Management - Executive Director

We're seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to join our team as the Capital Project Management - Executive Director. This senior-level role is pivotal in overseeing the execution and management of all real estate capital projects across the Firm's extensive portfolio, which encompasses 20 million square feet globally. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and compliance.

In the Corporate Services division, we empower our businesses by creating collaborative workplace solutions and commercial services that enhance the employee and client experience, while optimizing the value of our sourcing and third-party lifecycle to enable the Firm to do-and-win business. This is an Executive Director position within the Corporate Real Estate team.

What you'll do in the role:

• •Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for capital project management that aligns with the Firm's overall business objectives and real estate strategy.
• •Project Oversight: Provide oversight and direction for all real estate capital projects, ensuring they are executed efficiently and effectively, meeting all time, budget, and quality targets.
• •Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team of project management professionals and external vendors, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• •Budget Management: Oversee the budgeting process for all capital projects, ensuring accurate forecasting, cost control, and financial reporting.
• •Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior leadership, internal stakeholders, and external partners to ensure alignment and support for project initiatives.
• •Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success and compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.
• •Innovation and Best Practices: Drive innovation in project management practices, leveraging new technologies and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

What you'll bring to the role:

• •Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• •Extensive experience in capital project management, with a proven track record of managing large-scale real estate portfolios.
• •Strong leadership skills with experience managing large teams and complex projects.
• •Excellent financial acumen and experience in budget management and cost control.
• •Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• •Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• •Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices in real estate and construction.
