Car Wash Manager

What You'll Do

• •Oversee daily operations, staffing, and scheduling
• •Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns
• •Train, coach, and motivate team members
• •Manage cash handling, POS transactions, and daily reconciliations
• •Monitor equipment, chemical levels, and facility cleanliness/safety
• •Track key performance metrics (membership sales, labor cost, throughput)
• •Enforce company policies and safety procedures

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• •Prior leadership/supervisory experience (retail, restaurant, service industry, or similar)
• •Strong communication and customer service skills
• •Mechanical or equipment maintenance experience is a plus, but not required — we'll teach you the rest
• •Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• •Comfortable working outdoors and around equipment/chemicals
• •Basic math and cash-handling skills
• •Must have reliable transportation

Physical Requirements:

• •Must be willing to work outside in all seasons.
• •Must be able to be on your feet for extended periods of time/entire work shift.
• •Physically able to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, reach and step to perform job duties.
• •Ability to carry, lift, push, pull and move up to 40 pounds.
• •Ability to maneuver around moving vehicles and equipment.
• •Move safely over uneven and wet terrain and in confined spaces.
