Job Overview:

If you’re a licensed esthetician who loves leading a team and creating exceptional client experiences, this Store Manager role could be the perfect fit—overseeing operations, guiding staff, and keeping our spa welcoming and relaxing.

Requirements

Who We’re Looking For:

• •Licensed Esthetician (required)
• •Prior leadership experience, ideally within a spa, wellness, or service-based environment preferred
• •Demonstrated leadership and strong interpersonal skills
• •Excellent organizational abilities with a proven capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively
• •Proficiency in Boulevard management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• •Comprehensive understanding of the esthetician role and service standards
• •Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Physical Requirements

• •Ability to stand for extended periods
• •Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements
• •Ability to lift and carry products and equipment, as needed

What You’ll Do:

Operational Leadership

• •Oversee daily spa operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment
• •Ensure all services are delivered with consistency, quality, and exceptional client care
• •Develop and implement operational policies and procedures that support growth and efficiency

Team Development

• •Recruit, onboard, and support spa team members
• •Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and development
• •Foster a positive, collaborative team culture where growth is encouraged

Client Experience

• •Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service
• •Address client questions, feedback, and concerns with professionalism and care
• •Develop and enhance loyalty programs to build long-term client relationships

Financial & Inventory Oversight

• •Review performance metrics and financial reports to monitor progress and identify opportunities
• •Manage inventory and maintain supply budgets to optimize efficiency

Marketing & Community Engagement

• •Partner with the owner to develop strategies that attract new clients and retain existing ones
• •Support social media efforts and brand visibility initiatives
• •Build relationships with local businesses for cross-promotional opportunities
