Case Management Associate

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Case Management Associate based in the United States.

This is a fully remote opportunity supporting clients throughout the life insurance underwriting process, from initial application through policy placement. You will manage an individual caseload and coordinate requirements across clients, insurance carriers, vendors, and internal teams. The role combines detailed case administration with proactive problem-solving and customer support. You will become proficient in carrier workflows, underwriting processes, and the technology platforms needed to move applications forward efficiently. You will also review underwriting decisions and identify opportunities that may lead to better outcomes for customers.
