Case Worker

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Case Worker based in Canada.

• This role provides case management services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families.
• You will support clients through intake, assessment, planning, intervention, monitoring, and transition or service termination.
• The position combines professional social work practice with a family-centered and ecological approach to care.
• You will work closely with families, care providers, agencies, and interdisciplinary teams to strengthen support networks and improve outcomes.
• The role requires sound independent judgment, strong clinical skills, and the ability to respond appropriately to complex or high-risk situations.
• Most services are delivered remotely, with some in-person work taking place in clients’ homes or communities when needed.
• You will have the opportunity to contribute to service development, innovation, quality improvement, and initiatives that promote accessibility, equity, and social inclusion.
