The Cash app AR Team Leader manages the Cash application activity as part of the Accounts Receivable function. The role ensures efficient cash flow management and strong customer relationships, particularly for our French-speaking clients.

🧩 Key Responsibilities

• •Oversee cash allocation
• •Manage customer accounts and resolve payment disputes
• •Collaborate with sales and customer service teams for improvement projects
• •Support cash forecasting and reporting

Drive continuous improvement and digitalization initiatives

Key skills

Managerial skills:

• •Lead and develop AR team members
• •Provide coaching and performance management

Ensure workload balancing and process efficiency

Technical Skills :

Understanding of the overall OtC cycle and accounting principles

Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel (intermediate level)

Working with OtC systems of engagement ( HighRadius, SideTrade, Stuut etc) is a plus

ERP experience (JDE / Oracle preferred)

Leverage data analytics to improve decision-making

Drive standardization and process simplification

Soft Skills :

Detail-oriented attention to detail, accuracy, and rigor

Reliability and strict adherence to procedures and deadlines

Good service mindset and internal customer orientation

Ability to work effectively within a multicultural team environment

Clear, professional, and constructive communication

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred

4–6 years of AR / Order-to-Cash experience, with very good understanding of the cash app flow and process

• •Prior supervisory experience
• •ERP knowledge (JDE / Oracle preferred)

Fluent in French and English

Excellent negotiation and communication skills

Experience in capability centres/outsourcing environment

Exposure to international customers and multi-currency environments
