Cash Posting Specialist

• This role supports cash collection and reconciliation operations across a distributed home health and hospice environment.
• You will be responsible for accurately reviewing, researching, and posting multiple types of payments while maintaining timely daily reconciliations.
• The position combines detailed financial processing with collaboration across billing, collections, revenue cycle, and operational teams.
• You will help ensure payments are collected according to payer contracts and applicable Medicare and Medicaid requirements.
• The role also involves resolving discrepancies, managing automated payment files, and clearing unidentified cash accounts.
• You will contribute to consistent revenue cycle practices by supporting training, reporting, and cross-functional projects.
