• •Job Title: ATM Cassette Repair Technician
• •Location: Rotherham , S60 1LH
• •Hours: 40 hours per week
• •Salary : £27,449.90

MAIN RESPONSIBILITES:

• •Repair and refurbish ATM cash cassettes.
• •Ensure all work meets quality and compliance standards.
• •Use diagnostic equipment, and testing software to identify faults and assist with troubleshooting.
• •Dispatch parts to field engineers as required.
• •Maintain accurate repair and inventory records.
• •Recover reusable parts from retired equipment.
• •Support stock control and storage management.
• •Load and unload deliveries safely.
• •Complete role-related administration on time.
• •Carry out product upgrades and modifications.
• •Contribute to continuous improvements in repair processes and part longevity.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• •PC basic skills – Excel, Teams
• •Ability to follow technical information and procedures correctly.
• •Ensure all regulatory procedures are followed correctly.
• •Creative and analytical problem-solving skills.
• •A methodical and systematic approach to troubleshooting and resolving faults.
• •ATM specific training will be provided.

• •Motivated and a team player and a willingness to learn.
• •Attention to detail.
• •Prioritise your workload and work to tight deadlines.
• •Possess good communication skills.
• •Potential to lift heavy equipment as and when required.

SHIFT PATTERN:

• •8am to 5pm Monday to Friday
• •Weekend & weekday overtime may be required depending on the needs of the business.
