Gerhart is looking for CDL Field Technicians with experience in heavy capacity weighing equipment. This is your chance to work on challenging, high-impact projects and grow your career while getting rewarded for your expertise.

What You’ll Do:

Operate our Test Truck/Rig to install, calibrate, and maintain weighing equipment in the field

Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues with heavy capacity systems

Capability to lead projects and mentor peers on job sites

Identify opportunities to help customers improve operations and provide solutions

What You Bring:

CDL Class B (preferred; we’ll compensate current CDL holders)

Flexibility to work overtime as needed

General mechanical or electrical background

Customer-focused mindset and a self-starter attitude

Ability to work outdoors in all conditions (heat, cold, dust, and dirt)

Familiarity with industrial service tools; welding experience is a plus

Basic understanding of 120VAC/DC wiring

Strength, stamina, and willingness to bend, crawl, and lift up to 50 lbs safely
