What You'll Be Doing

• •Lead daily cement production activities to achieve safety, quality, environmental, and operational objectives.
• •Coordinate plant resources and personnel to maximize productivity and equipment performance.
• •Monitor production processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.
• •Coach, develop, and support team members while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• •Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and plant leadership teams to resolve issues and meet business goals.

What Are We Looking For

• •Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• •Strong knowledge of production operations, process optimization, and continuous improvement practices.
• •Ability to analyze operational data, prioritize work, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced setting.
• •Effective communication and collaboration skills with a focus on safety, quality, and operational excellence.
• •Proven capability to drive results, manage competing priorities, and support a positive workplace culture.

Work Environment

• •Primarily based in a cement manufacturing facility with regular exposure to industrial equipment, moving machinery, dust, noise, and varying temperatures.
• •Requires routine walking, climbing stairs and ladders, and working in both indoor and outdoor environments.
• •May require occasional after-hours, weekend, or emergency response support to maintain operational continuity.
• •Must be able to obtain an ATF Certification.
