What You'll Do

As a Home Health Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) , you will:

Provide personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility assistance

Support patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) while promoting dignity and independence

Assist with safe transfers, ambulation, and light rehabilitation support as directed by the clinical team

Observe and report changes in patient condition to the supervising nurse

Provide companionship and emotional support to patients and families

Educate caregivers on safe care techniques

Follow individualized care plans and agency policies to ensure quality patient care

Qualifications

Active Arizona Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required

Home Health, hospice, caregiver, or senior care experience preferred

Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
