Job Description:

Chefe de Produção | Part-time

• Responsabilidades:
• * Planear, organizar e dirigir as atividades de produção, incluindo a definição de metas, prazos e recursos necessários.
• * Supervisionar e coordenar o trabalho das equipas de produção, garantindo que as tarefas sejam realizadas de forma eficiente e segura.
• * Monitorizar o progresso da produção e identificar e resolver problemas que possam surgir.
• * Gerir o orçamento de produção e garantir que os recursos sejam utilizados de forma eficiente.
• * Manter-se atualizado sobre as novas tecnologias e tendências da indústria da construção.
• * Reportar ao Diretor de Obra sobre o desempenho da produção.

• Qualificações:
• * Diploma de Engenharia Civil ou equivalente.
• * Conhecimento dos processos de produção da construção civil.
• * Habilidades comprovadas de planeamento, organização e liderança.
• * Excelentes habilidades de comunicação e interpessoal.
• * Fluência em português e conhecimentos em espanhol e inglês.
