We're currently seeking experienced Chefs to join our remote operations. Working in a busy camp environment, you'll provide quality meals that help keep our mining communities running safely and efficiently.

The Role

• •Prepare meals across breakfast, crib and dinner services
• •Work in a high-volume catering environment
• •Maintain food safety and HACCP standards
• •Deliver consistent quality and presentation
• •Work as part of a supportive kitchen team

These are Bus in Bus out roles from Cooma on a 14:7 roster, working 11-hour days. Casual opportunities are available with the potential for permanent placement for high-performing employees.

About You

• •Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery
• •Experience in bulk catering or high-volume kitchens
• •FIFO, DIDO or remote site experience desirable but not essential
• •Strong food safety and hygiene knowledge
• •Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• •Able to work in remote environments and varying weather conditions
• •Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol test
• •Full Australian working rights
