This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Chief Executive Officer – B2B SaaS, HR Tech, German Speaker based in Switzerland.

• This future CEO role offers the opportunity to lead a product-led B2B SaaS business in the HR tech and workforce management space.
• You will own the company’s P&L, strategy, growth, culture and overall performance while guiding the business through its next stage of scale.
• The initial focus is on the German market, with potential to expand internationally and take on additional complementary brands over time.
• You will combine strong product and marketing leadership with commercial judgment, operational discipline and hands-on execution.
• Working with leadership, board-level stakeholders and a broader SaaS community, you will shape go-to-market, product and organizational strategy.
