At Alpine Eagle, we’re building the future of counter-drone defence. We’re a fast-growing, international deep-tech company working at the intersection of aerospace engineering, defence systems, and machine learning. Our goal: create the world’s first swarm-based, airborne counter-drone system.
Modern conflicts show how quickly drones are reshaping the battlefield. Threats are rising, and today’s solutions aren’t keeping pace. We’re here to change that.
Alpine Eagle isn’t just a defence company. It’s a mission. Backed by an international team, strong funding, and a bold vision, we’re looking for people who want to shape the next generation of aerial security and build something that truly matters.
The Chief of Staff will be the CEO’s trusted partner across strategy and operations, driving high-impact strategic and operational initiatives across our defence drone-tech startup.
🎯 How you will make an impact:
Drive high-priority strategic and operational projects directly with the founder and CEO, from planning through execution.
Prepare materials for investors, partners, and government stakeholders, including briefs, analyses, and funding-related documents.
Conduct market, competitor, and regulatory research within the defence, aerospace, and dual-use technology sectors.
Support fundraising activities by coordinating documents, financial models, and timelines.
Coordinate cross-team communication and ensure smooth execution between engineering, operations, and external partners.
Work closely with founders on strategic decision-making, data-driven prioritization, and KPI tracking.
Assist in preparing pitches, demos, and presentations for customers in defence, security, and government agencies.
Manage special projects that require technical curiosity, operational discipline, and discretion.
✅ What you need to be successful:
Fluency in German and English.
Min. 3 years of experience in a start-up tech company, defence-consulting, VC, or a similarly fast-paced environment.
Experience with financial analysis, fundraising support, or investor materials is a strong plus.
Strong interest and prior experience in defence, security, aerospace, robotics, or dual-use technologies.
Ability to navigate sensitive or confidential information with absolute professionalism.
Highly structured working style, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and an ability to “figure things out” without perfect guidance.
Comfortable working in an early-stage environment with shifting priorities and hands-on tasks.
Excellent communication skills internally and externally.
At Alpine Eagle, you're not just taking a job - you're joining a mission.
