Description

• •Sell LDS Church curriculum and clothing products in a retail store environment
• •Assist customers with proper fit and usage of clothing items and other related products
• •Exhibit world-class sales and customer service skills
• •Assist customers by operating cash registers, locating products, taking orders, gift-wrapping, etc.
• •Maintain store appearance and organization by stocking shelves, unpacking merchandise shipments, and assisting with merchandise presentation
• •Schedule may include a variety of shifts including days, evenings, and Saturdays

Required Skills

• •BFOQ - Must be a female who has received her own personal endowments and possesses a current temple recommend
• •Ability to interact with customers in-person and over the phone on a day-to-day basis is an essential function of this position
• •Excellent customer service and sales skills
• •Knowledge of LDS Church curriculum and clothing products preferred
• •Computer and cashiering skills preferred
• •Ability to resolve routine customer problems and negotiate effective solutions
• •Applicants must be flexible to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, Saturdays, and holidays (except for Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day)
• •Ability to hear, understand, and respond to customers and associates
• •Ability to locate and identify product for customers
• •Ability to stand for long periods and regularly lift 20 lbs
• •Excellent team skills
