Civil Structure Site Engineer

The Site Engineer – C&S is responsible for daily field supervision, inspection, progress verification, issue identification, and reporting for civil and structural works at the assigned DSCO data center project site.

The role supports the C&S Lead / Deputy Construction Manager in ensuring that civil, structural, substructure, superstructure, façade, underground, external works, embedded items, penetrations, housekeeping pads, temporary works, and site infrastructure works are executed safely, correctly, and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, inspection and test plans, and project requirements.

For the DSCO program, this role is important because civil and structural readiness directly affects MEP installation, equipment delivery, underground POE readiness, permanent power, commissioning, IST, and operational readiness. SJ’s proposal states that Site Engineers provide daily inspection coverage, progress verification, photographic records, issue logging, and close-out tracking.
