• As a Claims Advisor, you will manage complex first-party Accident Benefits claims and help customers navigate challenging situations with professionalism and empathy.
• You’ll assess coverage, investigate claims, establish appropriate reserves, and negotiate settlements within your authority.
• The role combines technical insurance knowledge, critical thinking, customer service, and careful file management.
• You’ll communicate with claimants, vendors, medical professionals, lawyers, and internal teams throughout the claims process.
• Working remotely, you’ll operate in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards for documentation, compliance, and service.
• You’ll also collaborate closely with Accident Benefits Adjusters and Claims Assistants to resolve customer concerns and achieve effective outcomes.
