As Claims Director, Property, you will lead a property claims team responsible for delivering efficient, timely, and high-quality claims services. You will provide strategic direction while coaching and developing claims professionals to achieve demanding service and quality standards. The role combines people leadership, operational oversight, business planning, and continuous process improvement. You will help shape best practices and strategies that strengthen customer service, productivity, and regional performance.
