Claims Resolution Specialist

Pay: $15/hr + Incentive Plan

As a Claims Resolution Auto Specialist at Revecore, you'll make high-volume outbound calls to investigate, bill, and maximize insurance payments on behalf of our clients — hospitals and medical providers.

Research and investigate auto accident details to determine the responsible payer

Make frequent outbound calls to patients, insurance representatives, and attorneys to confirm payer information

Submit accurate bills and documentation to insurance companies to ensure timely, maximized payments

Investigate denied or underpaid claims, determine next steps, and resubmit for additional payment

Support the team with denial reports, audits, and other special projects as needed

Responsibilities

Have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Possess technical proficiency to work on multiple computer screens and software applications simultaneously

Can maintain strong performance in a fast-paced, high outbound call center environment with productivity metrics

Remain organized while multi-tasking

Use critical thinking and problem-solving skills to find effective and efficient solutions

Communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing

Have experience with Coordination of Benefits and a general understanding of insurance billing (a plus, but not required)

Revecore will provide you with your equipment - your workspace area must accommodate all workstation equipment (laptop, monitor, keyboard, mouse, docking station, and headset)
