Claims Specialist - Litigation

• This role serves as a subject matter expert responsible for managing complex, high-exposure liability claims from investigation through resolution.
• You will oversee litigated claims involving significant financial exposure, complex coverage matters, catastrophic injuries, and other challenging liability scenarios.
• The position combines technical claims expertise, legal analysis, negotiation, financial oversight, and relationship management.
• You will work closely with insureds, agents, internal stakeholders, panel counsel, and other external partners to develop effective litigation strategies.
• A key focus is achieving timely, professional claim resolutions while maintaining accurate reserves, controlling expenses, and delivering strong customer service.
• You will also participate in mediations and trials, prepare large-loss reports, and provide guidance on complex coverage and settlement matters.
• The role is based in the United States, with remote work potentially available for highly qualified candidates outside commuting distance of designated offices.
