We are looking for driven, hardworking individuals to join our traveling Clear Span & Event Structures Team. Life on the Build Crew

This isn’t a standard 9-to-5 desk job. Our field installers are road warriors who travel nationwide to bring complex blueprints to life. Here is what to expect from the travel lifestyle:

• •On the Move: You will travel up to 80% of the time, typically spending 2–3 weeks on a project site before returning home for a full week off.
• •Fully Covered Travel: Mahaffey handles the logistics. We cover your flights and hotel accommodations, plus provide a daily per diem for your meals and essentials.
• •The Requirements: You must be 21+ with a valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record to operate company fleet vehicles. You must also be able to pass a standard drug screen and background check.

Your Role on the Ground

As a Field Installer, you are a structure specialist working at the intersection of heavy construction and high-end event production. Your responsibilities will include:

• •Constructing the Venues: Assemble and safely secure massive aluminum-beam clear span structures and versatile frame tents in diverse weather conditions.
• •Premium Finishes: Install high-end architectural elements, including glass panels, hard-side walls, custom doors, and leveled flooring systems to ensure event-ready perfection.
• •Heavy Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment, including rough-terrain telehandlers, forklifts, and scissor lifts (certification provided).
• •Team Execution: Work alongside your Field Supervisor and logistics team to unload inventory, execute complex CAD floorplans, and meet strict event deadlines.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Pay Range: $23 – $27 per hour (Starting rate is based on experience, education, and previous background in event production or construction.)
