Client Advisor Intern

Job Description

• •Assists clients across all branch areas with everyday banking transactions, ensuring accurate service and adherence to client service standards while building operational knowledge.
• •Connects with clients through discovery conversations to understand their needs and identify opportunities to expand relationships and match appropriate products and services.
• •Applies relevant tools, calculators, and resources within defined parameters to support recommendations and provide clients with advice tailored to their circumstances and life stages.
• •Coordinates with in branch partners and fellow advisors, exchanging information and research to facilitate client relationships and learn best practices for optimal service delivery.
• •Works on routine and may experience non standard operational or support activities and assignments related to advisor, applying established methods.
• •Makes decisions within own scope of work and defined parameters with limited latitude, escalating issues as needed.
• •Regularly generates ideas to improve advisor tasks, applying creativity within established guidelines and resolving operational problems through guidelines and practice.
• •Fosters and maintains effective working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders within the broader team.
