Client Contact Associate Senior (CEE market)

We are currently looking for an experienced Client Contact Associate Senior to support the Client Services team for CEE region at our location in Poznan.

About your role:

• •The telephone and written answers from everyday to complex inquiries of our customers and consultants.
• •Responding to our customers' problems and finding solutions.
• •Compliance with quality standards, possible control function.
• •Escalation of difficult issues and complaint management.
• •Participation in projects to implement the company's goals and improve certain processes.

What you bring:

• •Experience in customer service – spoken and written
• •Language: Fluent English (at least C1); knowledge of Czech is a significant advantage
• •A high degree of accuracy, quality and service orientation
• •Independent and team-oriented work to achieve set deadlines
• •Good organizational skills and high resilience without losing focus on the customer

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is 80,000 - 90,000 PLN gross annually and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
