About the role

As a Client Executive for Foundations in Finland, you will be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of foundation clients. You will build long-term, trusted relationships, understand each client’s objectives and provide relevant wealth and asset management solutions in collaboration with specialists across SEB. You will lead the overall client dialogue, coordinate client teams and business plans, monitor the commercial development and profitability of your portfolio, and identify opportunities to deepen existing relationships and win new business. Through proactive engagement, high-quality advice and a strong service mindset, you will ensure excellent client experience.

To thrive in this role, we believe you have

• •A relevant university degree in business, finance, economics or another applicable field.
• •Relevant previous work experience in financial services, wealth or asset management, institutional client coverage, or a comparable client-facing role.
• •Fluency in Finnish and English, both spoken and written; Swedish is considered an advantage.
• •Strong client relationship management skills and the ability to understand foundations’ needs, build trust and deliver high-quality service.
• •A commercial and proactive approach, with the ability to identify opportunities, develop client relationships and contribute to new business.
• •Excellent collaboration, communication and coordination skills, combined with sound judgement, integrity and a results-oriented mindset.
