Job Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to grow the client base and increase assets under management, focusing on high net worth individuals

Provide personalized financial advice, investment solutions, and comprehensive wealth management services to clients, ensuring their financial goals and objectives are met.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Relationship Managers, Investment Advisors, and Product Specialists, to deliver tailored solutions and enhance the client experience.

Conduct regular portfolio reviews, monitor investment performance, and recommend adjustments to ensure optimal portfolio allocation and risk management.

Stay abreast of market trends, industry regulations, and new investment opportunities to effectively advise clients and position the bank as a leader in wealth management.

Drive business growth by identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to expand the regional presence and acquire new high net worth clients.

Collaborate with other regional managers and cross-functional teams to share best practices, leverage synergies, and ensure consistency in delivering exceptional wealth management services across the organization.

Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as client acquisition, revenue generation, and client satisfaction, to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Job Requirements:

Malaysian citizen

Bachelor's degree holder in Business, Finance, Marketing, Accounting, Engineering or candidates with the necessary work experience are invited to apply

Minimum 2 years and above sales experience
