Client Service Send out Tech Representative

• Location: Aiea Heights, Honolulu, Hi
• Status: Full-Time
• Days/Hours: TBD

Base hourly pay rate: $24.76 - $27.24

In this role, you will:

• •Provide immediate responses to client and customer questions
• •Perform laboratory assistant duties including specimen processing, add-ons, and send-outs
• •Investigate and resolve client issues, discrepancies, and report concerns
• •Notify clients of STATs and critical values in accordance with guidelines
• •Track and monitor send-out tests, escalating issues when necessary
• •Collaborate with laboratory staff to ensure timely service and accurate results
• •Maintain confidentiality, compliance, and professional communication at all times

All you need is:

• •High School Diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
• •Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• •Computer proficiency with the ability to learn new software quickly
• •Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills

Bonus points if you’ve got:

• •Laboratory Assistant (LAS or LA) experience
• •Previous customer service experience
• •1–2 years working in a clinical laboratory environment
