What You’ll Do
As the heart of our Las Vegas front office, you will:
Be a Welcoming Presence: Greet clients with warmth, providing a comforting environment for those seeking support.
Coordinate Care: Manage psychiatric service scheduling, perform brief intake interviews, and verify insurance to ensure seamless access to care.
Empower Families: Build positive relationships with parents and caregivers, assisting them with essential paperwork and program enrollment.
Drive Success: Collaborate with our clinical team and school partners to process referrals within 24 hours, ensuring no one waits for the help they need.
Who You Are
A Natural Communicator: You are friendly, professional, and ideally bi-lingual (English/Spanish) to best serve our diverse Northern New Mexico community.
Detail-Oriented: You’re a pro at multitasking—handling everything from Google Suite and EMR data entry to maintaining a pristine lobby [Original Draft].
Committed: You hold a High School Diploma/GED (Bachelor's preferred) and are dedicated to upholding the highest standards of conduct.
