Client Success Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Client Success Manager based in Canada.

• As a Client Success Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for healthcare clients throughout their partnership.
• You’ll work cross-functionally with sales, onboarding, and support teams to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• The role combines relationship management, training, product adoption, and ongoing account support.
• You’ll help healthcare practices increase patient enrollment and effectively leverage digital remote-care solutions.
• Your analytical and problem-solving skills will support reporting, troubleshooting, and continuous improvements in the client experience.
• This is an opportunity to contribute directly to the modernization of healthcare within a fast-growing, collaborative technology environment.
• Travel to the United States may be required to support both new and existing clients.
