University Physicians’ Association (UPA) is seeking a dynamic, experienced Client Success Supervisor to join our high-performing Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team. In this role, you’ll have a direct impact on operational performance, team engagement, and client satisfaction—making a meaningful difference in both financial outcomes and patient experience.

What You’ll Do

As a key member of our leadership team, you will:

• •Lead, coach, and develop a team of billing professionals to achieve high performance and engagement
• •Oversee daily operations, including workflow management, staffing, and time-off approvals
• •Ensure accuracy, compliance, and productivity across all revenue cycle functions
• •Drive process improvements and implement best practices to optimize outcomes
• •Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to achieve departmental goals
• •Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and recognition to support employee growth
• •Serve as an escalation point for complex billing issues and client concerns
• •Foster a collaborative, accountable, and positive team culture
• •Partner with leadership to identify opportunities for operational and client success improvements

Requirements

What You Bring

We’re looking for a knowledgeable and strategic RCM professional who offers:

• •Strong experience in medical billing, coding, and full-cycle revenue operations
• •Deep understanding of payer regulations, compliance standards, and RCM best practices
• •Proven leadership experience with a focus on team development and performance management
• •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• •Advanced proficiency with billing systems and technology
• •Ability to analyze data, solve complex problems, and drive results
• •Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Preferred:

• •Relevant certifications (e.g., CPC, CPB, or similar)
• •College coursework or degree
